How it works

Your coach

An AI coach that helps you move a change forward, one question at a time.

You tell the coach what you want to change. It could be at work, in your community or in your own life.

The coach asks one question at a time. It helps you see the situation more clearly and find your next step. It does not give you a plan to follow.

The coach remembers what matters to you, so you do not start again each time. You can start a new conversation whenever you want. Your earlier conversations stay under “All your chats”, and you can pick any of them up again.

The coach is an AI. It is not a therapist and not a crisis service.

The Four Intelligences

Four ways to look at any change: you, your people, your organization, and the wider world.

un-stuck is built on Yonatan Glaser’s Four Intelligences. Each one is a way to look at the same situation.

Intra-Personal: you. What pulls you to this change, and how ready you feel.

Inter-Personal: your people. Who you trust, who can help, and who is really with you.

Organizational: the place around you. Who decides, what the rules are, and why some people may resist.

Glo-Cal: the wider world, from local to global. How your work connects to a bigger picture.

In a chat, the buttons under “Look at it through” ask the coach to look at your situation from one of these four places.

Your Journey

Your private space: your conversations with the coach and your own notes.

Your Journey belongs to you. Only you can read it.

No organization, leader, team member or administrator can see it. This is built into the database, not only into the screens.

“My journey so far” shows your conversations and what you added to your ventures, in order of time.

See your journey

Ventures

A shared space for one piece of work, with the people you invite.

A venture is where a project lives. You start it, then you invite people by email.

Everything in a venture is shared with its members. Your Journey is never shown there.

Each venture has a Record. The Record keeps your North Star (the one sentence that says what you aim for), your decisions, experiments, next steps and what you learned.

From the Record you can make a report, then print it or save it as a PDF.

Leaders can open a venture to new people. Then others can find it on Discover and ask to join.

Start a venture

Initiatives

A larger change led by one or more people, with several ventures inside it.

An initiative is a bigger effort. For example: a network of groups, or a change across a whole organization.

Anyone can start one. The person who starts it is a leader, and can make others leaders too.

Leaders invite people, and create ventures for each part of the work.

Leaders see who takes part, and how many messages each person uses. They never see anyone’s Journey.

Joining from an event

People at a live event scan a QR code and join a group before they leave.

A venture’s leader makes a join link for a session. Each link has its own QR code and poster.

People scan the code with their phone, sign in, and join the group at once. They can add a first step and offer to help lead the group.

The leader sees who joined. The leader can switch a link off at any time.

Finding others

Ventures open to new people, and people who offer to help.

On Discover you can see ventures that are open to new people. You can ask a venture’s leader to join, and say why.

You can also offer your help on the Accounts page. Others then see what you can help with, but not your name.

Names and emails are shared only when the other person says yes.

Sometimes the coach suggests a venture or a person that matches what you wrote. Nothing from your conversation is shared with them.

Documents in a chat

Add a document to a conversation so the coach can refer to it.

Use the paperclip next to the message box. You can add a PDF, a Word document (.docx) or a text file, up to 4 MB.

A conversation can have up to three documents. The coach reads about the first 25 pages of each one.

We keep only the text, not the file. It is private to you, and you can remove it at any time.

The coach cannot read a scanned document that has no text in it.

Questions

The basics

Is this therapy?

No. un-stuck is a coach for moving a change forward: at work, in your community, or in your own life. It isn’t therapy or a crisis service. If you’re in danger or crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Who can see my Journey?

Only you. Your personal reflections are private by design: no employer, organization, or other member can see them. What you post inside a venture is shared only with the people you invited to it.

Does my organization get access?

Not to anything personal. Organizations can only ever see who is taking part and how it’s going, in numbers, and only where you’ve chosen to take part through them.

Does the coach remember me?

Yes. It keeps a short note of what matters to you (the people, the plans, the details) so you can pick up where you left off instead of starting over.

What does it cost?

It’s free during the pilot. If that changes, we’ll tell you well in advance.

What’s it built on?

Yonatan Glaser’s Four Intelligences: seeing any situation from you, your people, your organization, and the world.

Getting started

Who is un-stuck for?

For people who want to create change: in their own life, in their team or organization, or in their community. You can use it alone, or with others in a venture or an initiative.

How do I sign in?

With Google, with LinkedIn, or with a code we send to your email. There is no password. The first time, we ask a few short questions so the coach knows you a little.

Is this a volunteer-matching site?

No. un-stuck helps you move one change forward over a few weeks or months. It helps you think, decide and work with others. It does not hand out tasks.

Can the coach reply in my language?

Yes. Write to the coach in any language and it replies in the same language. The app itself can be switched with the round language button at the bottom of the sidebar or the homepage: English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, Hindi, Chinese or German. Invitations you send to others are always in English.

Your data

Can I connect my own AI or my files?

Not yet. Today you can add a document to a conversation with the paperclip. A connection to Google Drive or Notion is planned.

Can I delete a conversation?

Yes. Open “All your chats”, then use the menu next to the conversation. Deleting it also deletes any documents you added to it.

How do I delete my account?

On the Account page, under “Your data”. You can also download everything that is yours there first. Deleting is permanent.

Working with others

What is the difference between a venture and an initiative?

A venture is one piece of work with a small group. An initiative is a larger effort that can hold many ventures, led by one or more leaders.

Who can see what I post in a venture?

The venture’s members. Leaders can also mark an item “Leaders only”. People outside the venture see nothing, even if the venture is open to new people.

Can other members message me in the platform?

Inside a venture, yes: each venture has a group chat for its members. There are no private messages between people yet; for those, people keep using email and WhatsApp.

Limits

Is there a limit on messages?

Yes. During the pilot there is a daily limit and a total limit, so the service stays fair and within budget. The small ring next to the send button shows how many messages you have left.

What happens when I reach the limit?

The coach pauses until the next day, or until the team gives you more. Everything you wrote stays in your Journey.
