Privacy

Draft, September 2026

This is a draft

The full privacy policy is being written and will be published before un-stuck opens to the public. Until then, this page describes how the platform already works.

Your Journey is yours

Everything in your personal Journey belongs to your account and is protected at the database level so that only you can read it. No employer, organization, or other member can see it.

What you tell us about yourself

The first time you sign in we ask what to call you and, if you like, what you’re working on, your role or organization, and areas that interest you. It’s used only to help your coach understand you: it’s shared with the AI coach when you chat, and no organization or other member can see it. We don’t ask for your phone number or address.

Your usage

To keep the pilot fair and within budget, we record for each message when it was sent and how much AI processing it took, never what you wrote. You can see your own numbers on the Accounts page at any time.

Shared spaces

What you post inside a venture is visible only to that venture’s members. If you leave, what you contributed stays with the venture.

Work emails

You can link a work email to take part in ventures through it, and you can unlink it at any time. Unlinking never touches your personal Journey.

What un-stuck is

An AI coach that helps you think through change and find your next step. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service.

The pilot

un-stuck is currently in a free pilot. Features may change as we learn from the people using it.
